Research & Development
AddGlobe, LLC has more than 15 years of experience in gas-leak projects. R&D works were started in late 2005.
Monitoring of methane leaks, as one of the main greenhouse gases, with the aim of further reducing leaks, has more than twenty years of history. The issue of quantifying methane leaks has been extremely relevant since the ratification of the Kyoto Protocol.
The Hi Flow Sampler (HFS) (quantitative measurement of gas leakage volumes on all types of valves and related equipment) has until now been the main and only instrument – produced from 2004 to 2012. In total, about 1000 devices were produced – 45% of them were sold to others or purchased and used for field work by AddGlobe, LLC.
AddGlobe, LLC was HFS’s exclusive distributor entirely for Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
