See you at Methane Emissions in the Spotlight – From Measurement to Mitigation on October 20th and 21st!

A great opportunity to get all the information about GFM 2.0 first hand. Our company management, together with Heath Consultants, will attend the ninth annual CH4 Connections conference October 20-21, 2022 in Fort Collins, Colorado https://www.gti.energy/training-events/ch4-connections/ Our instrument will be presented at booth of our distributor Heath Consultants. You can ask any questions related to the equipment and communicate with the managing partner of our company Andrei Gorski.

Hope to see you soon!

06.16.2022 California Air Recourses Board posted “Open-Source High Flow Sampler for Natural Gas Leak Quantification” report.

Colorado State University developed and tested a new design for a high flow sampler (HFS) instrument to quantify leaks from natural gas systems. CARB initiated this project to inform and incentivize production of HFS instruments after the only commercially available HFS was no longer in production. CARB’s Greenhouse Gas Emission Standards for Crude Oil and Natural Gas Facilities (Oil and Gas Regulation) includes methane emission rate standards for compressor vent stacks, low bleed natural gas-powered pneumatic devices, and well casing vents, and operators are required to measure emission rates to ensure equipment complies with the flow rate standards. CARB funded this study to identify key required technologies and to develop a working prototype HFS.

06.08.2022 Our European partner TP Europe presents HFS 2.0 at PEFTEC conference 2022

TP Europe and its clients have been operating as “partners in emission monitoring” for many years and are therefore once again committed to tackling the reduction of methane together. To make that happen, TP Europe use the most advanced equipment for detailed and accurate measurement. One of these equipment is the Hi Flow Sampler, but for many years it was not possible to buy new Hi Flow Sampling equipment, but from now they are offering a total new concept of Hi Flow Sampling – GFM 2.0, which they successfully demonstrate at their PEFTEC stand.

06.03.2022 HFS 2.0 instrument testing completed in CSU Energy Institute.

Our company ordered testing of an updated version of GFM 2.0. Testing was carried out by the Energy Institute of the Colorado State University (CSU) – one of the most respected centers for testing instrumentation for indication and measurement in the field of combustible gases. Four categories of testing were performed: Lower Detection (LDL), Quantification Accuracy, Gas Composition Response, and Practical Use. As a result, the GFM 2.0 appears to be well made and suitable for field use. The ability to use any Android device as a control/display is useful/flexible. The small, relatively lightweight form factor and ability to use it with or without the backpack attachment provides operators with options to suit their preferences. The extract from the report is available for download on our website for registered users (you can request the full version at info@addglobe.com).
